NEW COUNTY ENGINEER SETS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Butler County Engineer Gregory J. Wilkens unveiled his management team during a BCEO organizational meeting yesterday morning. Many were already familiar faces around the Engineer's Office and to Butler County citizens as well:

    • Fred Stitsinger, Administrative Deputy -- Stitsinger has been with the BCEO for 29 years, serving most recently as Safety Director. "Fritz" will manage the day to day administrative functions of the office.
    • Scott Harris, Construction Deputy -- Harris is a returning veteran of the BCEO, where he managed construction projects for ten years before joining the Butler County Transportation Improvement District (TID) in a similar role.
    • Dennis Krall, Engineering Deputy -- Krall is a 25-year veteran of the BCEO and will continue to oversee the planning, design, and engineering of all projects.
    • Scott Bressler, Operations Deputy -- Bressler was with the BCEO for eight years before joining West Chester Township where he most recently held the title of Services Director. Bressler will manage the road and highway maintenance division of the Engineer's Office.

"This is a solid group of people who can lead this organization to new heights," Wilkens said. "They possess a wealth of experience and integrity that is unsurpassed in Butler County."

Wilkens, who himself is a returning veteran of the Engineer's Office, also expressed his support of the existing BCEO staff. "I've always believed the strength of this organization lies with its people. Together we will develop a highly responsive public agency that will serve the citizens of Butler County with efficiency and excellence. We will work hard to ensure motorist safety while supporting the continued growth of a strong local economy. I believe we can make this the best engineer's office in the state of Ohio," Wilkens told his staff.
