MIDDLETOWN GERMANTOWN ROAD @ THOMAS ROAD
Madison Township

The Butler County Engineer's Office reports that the intersection of Middletown Germantown Road and Thomas Road will close for a bridge replacement beginning Monday, June 15, 2020. Construction, which involves replacing the existing concrete slab structure with a precast box culvert, will last approximately 45 days. Local access will be maintained for residents on Thomas Road and Middletown Germantown Road; however, the roads will be closed to all through traffic. The intersection is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of July 27, 2020.

Detours: Northbound Middletown Germantown Road traffic will detour north on S.R. 4 and west on Thomas Road. Southbound traffic will reverse this route. Eastbound Thomas Road traffic will detour north on Browns Run Road, east on Myers Road, and south on Middletown Germantown Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
